Enumclaw Fire Department partners with WA Fire Careers and accepts written test scores from National Testing Network (NTN) for our upcoming firefighter/EMT recruitment process.
Candidates are required to complete the following to be considered:
1) NTN Fire written exam
- Candidates must have a valid written test on the date scores are pulled on March 20, 2026
Valid Written Test Dates: March 21, 2025 – March 20, 2026
2) CPAT Physical Exam from an accredited agency
- Candidates must have a valid CPAT test on the date scores are pulled on March 20, 2026
Valid CPAT Test Dates: March 21, 2025 – March 20, 2026
3) Public Safety Self-Assessment (PSSA accessed through candidate account)
4) Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ accessed through candidate account)

Requirements to Apply:
Must be able to show proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
Must show proof of passing the CPAT by the date scores are pulled.
