ABOUT

Enumclaw Fire Department is located in the City of Enumclaw and provides emergency services to the City of Enumclaw as well as the surrounding rural plateau, making up King County Fire District 28.  The Enumclaw Fire Department covers approximately 56 square miles, protects a population of more than 22,500 citizens, and runs over 2,700 emergency calls for service per year.

 

Services & Staffing

Enumclaw Fire Department employs approximately 27 people, with 22 of those being uniformed personnel. Our fire stations are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by full-time, career firefighters. Advanced Life Support (Paramedic) services are provided through the King County Medic One program.

Emergency response services that we provide to our residents throughout our response area include:

  • Hazardous Materials
  • Water Rescue
  • Technical Rescue, and
  • Wildland Urban Interface
